Saturday night was the final evening of performances for my Improv troupe JINX and the Washington Improv Theater for two months. Since it's Monday and I don't have a show to look forward to on the weekend, I am instituting Million Dollar Monday. As a pick me up for everyone who is back in the office after the weekend, I am going to showcase a Million Dollar Home in the DC metro area.
Since my run of shows was at the Flashpoint Theater on 9th and G NW, I chose the Logan/Convention Center neighborhood just up 9th for my first Million Dollar Home. The Whitman is a 9 story condo building across from the Mt. Vernon Metro station and the Convention Center. In 2006, the first owners moved into the new building. There are still some completely new units available. The home I am showcasing today, is the first resale on the 7th floor. 910 M ST NW #716, WASHINGTON, DC 20001 has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. What really defines a condo in this price range are the amenities. 716 has a large private terrace that has fantastic views of the city. The building also boasts a fitness center, party room and community roof top terrace with BBQ grilles and a lap swimming pool. The price tag is $1,221,060.00. Let the photo tour dazzle you.
