Ten homes sold in about the City limits of Hyattsville from 01/07/08 to 03/07/08. There is a lot of action going on between homes listed by Realtors, Short Sales and Foreclosures, as well as For Sale By Owners. It is a great time to buy a home as motivated sellers are looking to negotiate. As Spring gets closer, more and more buyers are coming out of the woodwork. Homes in good condition that are priced correctly are even getting multiple offers reminiscent of the Summer of 2004. I anticipate that a lot more homes will sell in the next three months.
